Sound modules Promochip-С90T

Promochip-C90T universal music modules are designed for recording and playing a music fragment up to 90 seconds long. Modules can be used in music cards, promotional products, printing and packaging with sound effects. A special programmer is used for record the music module.

The module allows to record one or several music fragments with a total duration of up to 90 seconds. Reproduction can be sequential or arbitrary.

Characteristics:

● The recording time is 90 seconds (the actual recording time is 88.4 seconds). The recording is one-time (the recording process includes several steps: testing the module, recording, checking the record, writing protection).

● Overall dimensions of the module, mm: 110 х 52 х 5. The size of the speaker, mm: 40 х 40 х 5. The size of the control board, mm: 27 х 52 х 5.

● Module power: 4.5V (3 batteries type L1131), batteries included. One set of batteries is enough: for 180 full plays of a piece of music lasting 30 seconds or 60 full plays of a piece of music lasting 90 seconds.

● The basic method of activation: activating the tongue mechanism when opening a postcard, when the card is closed, the contact opens and the sound plays out.

● Elements of the module (control board with batteries, speaker, tongue mechanism) are located on a plastic platform with a self-adhesive layer, the protective tape is removed when glued to the surface. The control board has a connector for connecting to the programmer.

Additional features:

● LEDs can be connected to the module, which can light continuously or blink when the music fragment sounds;

● Optionally, the activation of the sound can be performed by a button or other sensors (light sensor, impact sensor, humidity sensor, heat sensor,magnet sensor etc.) that can be connected instead of the basic tongue mechanism.
